A Witch’s Pumpkin Spiced Latte

“The Formula”

Makes two chalices

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix (recipe below)
  • 1 ½ cups milk (regular or alternative)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
  • 2 Tablespoons + 1 Teaspoon maple syrup
  • Pinch black pepper
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ cup strong coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil

Incantation:

Warm all spell ingredients, except coffee and coconut oil, in a small cauldron on the stovetop until simmering. Meanwhile make your witches brew; coffee or espresso are both wicked!

Pour liquids into a blender and mix for 30 seconds. Careful blending hot potions lest they burn you! And don’t toil or trouble if you are without a blender, just whisk in your coffee until it gets frothee.

Pour your potion into two chalices and top with whipped cream and/or a pinch of cinnamon. Cackle proudly at your magical elixir, cuddle up with your familiar, and enjoy!
