Come learn everything you need to know about how to can jam safely, whether you want to preserve seasonal flavors or get a jump on prepping for the holiday gifting season. You’ll go home with your own 8-ounce jar of jam that we’ve prepared and canned together in class, plus the knowledge and confidence to create your own jams at home!
