Fresh, locally procured ingredients and a few tips and tricks from our expert teacher will have you elbow-deep in delicious sauerkraut in no time. Join us to learn how to safely make your own flavorful sauerkraut and pickled vegetables that will not only satisfy your taste buds but nourish your body as well!

In this 1.5-hour class, you will:

  • Learn fermentation do’s, don't’s, and safety tips

  • Discover what to look for when your kraut is ready

  • Uncover how to go beyond the basics with spices and seasonal veggies, including making fermented vegetable pickles

  • Leave with your own custom kraut and vegetable pickles, ready to ferment, plus the confidence to make many more batches on your own.
