By purchasing a class at The Works Seattle, you are agreeing to the following terms and waiver:
By registering for a class, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Works Seattle LLC, its managers, members, employees, contractors, volunteers, and any other people officially connected with the event from and against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages of any kind arising from your participation.
The Works Seattle staff may take photographs or videos of workshop participants, individually or in groups. These photographs or videos may appear in future publications, such as our social media, website, newsletter or other publicity. Attendees consent to having their photograph taken or such videos shown and used for such purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or videotaped, please notify us to that effect.
Due to the small size and special nature of our events, payments for classes at The Works are non-refundable. If you aren’t able to make it, you can transfer the ticket to another person.
Our classes are intended to be a social experience. Therefore, on the occasion that fewer than 5 students are enrolled in a class, we reserve the right to cancel the class up to 24 hours before the class. In the event that we have to cancel a class, we will contact you directly to transfer you to another class or issue you a refund.
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Returns will receive a full refund, minus shipping costs, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Products sold at a discount are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
