Class Terms and Conditions

The Works is 21+

Our programming is intended for adults and our liquor license requires us to enforce no minors in the space at all times.

If you need to cancel your class ticket order within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue you a full refund.

We get it that sometimes your plans change. If you're able to let us know more than 14 days ahead of the class date that you can't make it, we will hold a class credit on file for you to use at a later date.

Due to the small size and special nature of our events, class cancellations within 14 days of the class date will not be eligible for a refund or a class credit. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.

Our classes are intended to be a social experience. Therefore, on the occasion that fewer than 5 students are enrolled in a class, we reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before the class. In the event that we have to cancel a class, we will contact you directly to transfer you to another class or issue you a refund.

By purchasing a class at The Works Seattle, you are agreeing to the following terms and waiver:

By registering for a class, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Works Seattle LLC, its managers, members, employees, contractors, volunteers, and any other people officially connected with the event from and against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages of any kind arising from your participation.

The Works Seattle staff may take photographs or videos of workshop participants, individually or in groups. These photographs or videos may appear in future publications, such as our social media, website, newsletter or other publicity. Attendees consent to having their photograph taken or such videos shown and used for such purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or videotaped, please notify us to that effect.
