In this class you will learn:
- Everything you need to know to ensure safe pickling and safe canning
- How to make delicious vinegar brine and pack your pickles just right
- How to vacuum seal your pickles with water bath canning
You’ll leave class triumphant with 1 pint of shelf-stable canned carrot, cauliflower, and/or green bean pickles that you packed yourself! You’ll also leave class with the confidence to pickle anything and everything. So what are you waiting for? Grab a friend and get in on the fun!
