About this experience

Create (and eat!) an elegantly composed salad using a ring mold and fresh, seasonal ingredients from a local farmers market. 

Session highlights:

  • Learn a no-fail, adaptable recipe for vinaigrette.

  • Get strategies for navigating your local farmers market so you can choose the best ingredients, plus learn tips for washing and storing produce so it doesn’t go to waste.

  • Make a composed salad in a ring mold using the “flavor formula” that results in a delicious and impressive farmers market salad any time of year.

We’ll end class by gathering around the table for a salad tasting. You can even add a glass of wine if you like.
