Punch Needle Coasters
About this experience
Looking for your next craft obsession? Punch needle, also known as rug hooking, is as fun as it is easy, and is often used to create beautifully textured pillows, coasters, rugs, and more. Once you’ve learned the basics, you’ll create 2 punch needle coasters (also known as mug rugs) in no time!
In this 3 hour class, you will:
- Learn the basics of punch needle, its history, and beginner punch needle techniques
- Have the opportunity to work with multiple colors and change yarn
- Unlock how to finish your punch needle coasters with cork backing so they are stable and ready to be used as a mug rug
Go home with 2 punch needle coasters made by you and the tools and knowledge for all your future punch needle crafts!
