The Art of Pairing: Food and Mocktails | January 31 | 6pm

Join DRY Soda founder and CEO, Sharelle Klaus, and Thierry Rautureau, The Chef in the Hat and Executive Chef and owner of Loulay Kitchen and Bar and Luc Bistro, to learn about zero proof mixology and the art of food pairing with flavors.

Thierry has won numerous awards included James Award and Chevalier de Ordre Du Merite Agricoole by the French Government.  Thierry is also a favorite on numerous cooking shows including, Top Chef Masters, Dining Around, PBS series, French Fest and MasterChef USA. 

Sharelle designed DRY 15 years ago to elevate non-alcoholic drinking and create something that could pair alone with the best in the culinary space or be used to create something new! Participants will get a 4 pack of soda to bring home and some great drink recipes.
