You’ll be amazed at what you can create once you master the art of some basic macrame knots! Join us for this intro to macrame craft and get hands-on creating your very own wall hanging.
In this 2 hour class, you will:
- Learn the basic macrame square knots
- Walk through cord wrapping techniques around a hoop
- Discover how to add pattern and texture to your project
Go home ready to proudly display your work of art, along with a new skill set for future creative projects!

Your Host
A self-taught macrame artist, Kulsoom tied her first macrame knot a few years ago and has been at it ever since. She is passionate about creating, enjoys using a variety of materials in her work, and is constantly learning and growing as a maker. In addition to teaching at The Works, Kulsoom owns a small business, Tile Timber N Thread, making handmade macrame goodies.
