Make Your Own Ice Cream, 3 Ways (Philly, Custard, and Vegan!)

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! This on-demand class taught by Harrison of Milk and Leaf Collective is your comprehensive primer for making 3 different styles of homemade ice cream:

  • Philly: A milk based rich and creamy ice cream
  • Custard: An egg yolk based dense and fudgey ice cream
  • Vegan: A nut and coconut based ice cream (that even your non-vegan friends will love!)

We'll teach you everything you need to know to make DELICIOUS ice cream at home, including tips from a pro for how to achieve that rich and silky ice cream shop texture. The best part is you can watch this video again and again while you master all 3 styles!
