Homemade Happy Hour [digital]

You don’t have to own a muddler or have exotic ingredients on hand to make a great cocktail at home. In this class you’ll learn about the most common tools bartenders use and the items in your own kitchen that make great stand-ins. We’ll guide you through hands-on practice of essential techniques like properly stirring a drink and making a gorgeous garnish. Learn how to make cocktails using common ingredients - except for one not-so-common liqueur we think is worth having on hand. Take away recipes and lots of variations for making your next homemade happy hour even happier.
