Chocolate Truffles | December 14 | 3pm
Learn the in’s and out’s of the whole process, including the secrets of perfect ganache (the center of the truffle) and tempering (how to get that satisfying crunch when you bite in!). Get hands-on time rolling a custom set of a dozen of your own masterpieces. We’ll help you package them up in a box with accents ready for gifting (or to enjoy yourself!), and you’ll also go home with recipes so you can create dozens more truffles for gifting this holiday season!
