Brynne - Canning foods is one of Brynne’s earliest childhood memories…alongside her mother and great-grandmother, she would help prep many tasty treats of summer to enjoy throughout the rest of the year. She even still uses her great-grandmother’s water bath canning pot, which she’ll be using in class to teach others how simple this process can be!

Jennifer - The farmer’s market is one of Jennifer’s happy places and her favorite item - tomatoes - starts showing up in Seattle markets just after the Fourth of July. Another happy place is in her kitchen making tomato-everything with her weekly haul.
