About this experience

Bullet Journal (aka Bujo) is a mindfulness practice designed as a productivity system. There are so many resources online about bullet journaling, it can get a little overwhelming. People often think it’s about art and creativity, which it can be, but there’s so much more to it. The method provides simple tools to help you gently transform the way you work, think, feel and live, one page at a time.

In this 3 hour class, you will:

  • Learn how to start your own Bullet Journal practice

  • Explore the key parts of the method, including supplies for bullet journaling, setting intentions for your practice, rapid logging (a note taking method that makes it easier to journal everyday compared to traditional journaling), core collections (daily, weekly and monthly logs), and custom collections (all the fun and meaningful things you can use your bullet journal for!)

In the session, you will get the opportunity to learn about the method and set up a journal for yourself. Come join the worldwide practice that people use to track the past, order the present, and design the future!

WHAT TO BRING

To start bullet journaling, bring a notebook you love, preferably an A5 dot grid one. Raksha suggests using the official bullet journal from https://bulletjournal.com/pages/shop, featuring helpful grid markings and a guide pack for learning the basics. Using the code RAKSHA will get you 10% off your purchase.

Bring along a pen as essential supplies. Adding color to your journal is optional, but if you like, bring markers or highlighters for a touch of color.

Meet Raksha, a devoted bullet journal enthusiast and coach. In 2020, she stepped away from the corporate world to explore mental wellness, creating Reflect with Raksha.

Grateful for life's beauty, Raksha sought a deeper purpose. Armed with a background in Psychology and a Masters in Neuroscience, she's always been an idle thinker, exploring the meaning of life. This journey led her to the Bullet Journal team, where these meaningful topics are explored.

Sharing her authentic self on YouTube, Raksha connected with the mindful bullet journal community, finding joy in exchanging ideas and helping others discover purpose.

In 2022, THE CREATOR of the Bullet Journal Method discovered her work online! He asked if she wanted to work with him and his small team, and since then, Raksha has been sharing and teaching the bullet journal method worldwide for Bullet Journal and on her own space as Reflect with Raksha.

Raksha went on to train as a bullet journal coach, and now, she enthusiastically teaches the method, helping others design the lives they dream of.

Aside from making videos and bullet journaling, her passions include reading, yoga, hiking, playing board games, hanging out with friends and family, and messing around with her 2 young children.
