Simple and Easy Hot Pot at Home | August 26 | 6:30-7:45pm
Hot pot is not just a dish, it’s an experience! Shake up your dining-at-home-covid-routine by gathering your family around the table to learn how to make hot pot at home.
Learn the fascinating history and variations of hot pot before getting hands-on. We'll create our favorite dipping sauce, get your broth ready (all you need is a CrockPot or an InstantPot), and then together, we will cook an array of ingredients, including meat, shrimp, tofu, mushrooms, fresh corn, bok choy, noodles, and more.
Consider this part class, part dinner, with a new family tradition to share for years to come!
