Let's be honest, it's stressful out there. Are you looking for a new way to handle stress - one that you can do on your own time and in your own way? Art-making can help us move through our anxious thoughts and feelings. It can help us approach stress in an accessible way and better understand what we’re experiencing. There's no better time to get started than now!
Join us to learn what art journaling is, get started making your own unique art journal, and go through some creative exercises to do on your own to help manage stress in a fun and relaxing way. Everyone is welcome - no art experience necessary!
This is a live course held virtually via Zoom. You can expect to receive the Zoom link and any other information you need no later than the day before class. Don't be bashful! Everyone is welcome, so feel free attend with a partner or a housemate - just make sure you have enough materials for everyone. We'll see you there!
