Pickling isn't just for cucumbers! Cucumbers might be the classic, but all kinds of veggies (and fruits!) can be pickled to add some tang, crunch, or even spice to your plate. We’ll walk you through the process from beginning to end - from selecting the best in-season produce, to mixing a vinegar brine, to sealing your goods using a water bath canner.

This is a choose-your-own-adventure class where you get to select from an array of produce to craft your own jar. You’ll leave not only with pickles but with the knowledge and confidence to pickle (and water bath can just about anything!) at home!
