Partner teacher Miranda, owner and founder of And Arlen, started her jewelry-making journey in 2013, as Studio 15 Jewelry. Now eight years later she is where her 15-year-old self dreamed she'd be - doing what she loves, operating And Arlen full time.

The idea behind And Arlen was to create a jewelry line that is easy to wear, beautiful, and durable. And she's built a business that is more than just a business, one that is also a tool to build and support community. From the pop-up markets attended to the funds raised for organizations like Northwest Community Bail Fund, COVID-19 Mutual Aid, and the Bridge Alliance which make abortion care more accessible, this community of incredible people is what keeps her going. Miranda and the team at And Arlen continue to build a business to stand up and speak out for what they believe in and educate those who will and will not listen. And, of course, continue to make jewelry loved by all!
