Paul Wang is a chef that has been traveling and living a different city every year since he was 20 years old (including Seoul, Los Angeles, Copenhagen, New Delhi, Tulum, Oklahoma City). Paul believes that life’s most valuable lesson is experiencing different cultures through food and people. He is currently living in Seattle while working at an oyster bar in Ballard. Since he was a young teenager, Paul has obsessed over skin care, especially using natural ingredients (mostly food). His first experiment was making a face mask with egg whites, green tea, and oatmeal. Besides travel, food, and skin care, Paul enjoys taking care of his house plants, slurping down dumplings and noodles in the International District, and thrift store shopping with his partner, Brandon.
