Melissa owns The Kitchen Imp, where she makes and sells beautiful, organic spice blends, as well as single spices. She also creates proprietary blends for restaurants. Although she loves spices of all sorts, she has a particular passion for blends from South Asia and North Africa, as well as the cuisines of those regions.
