Kristina - the-works-seattle

Kristina is a professional cook turned whole animal butcher. She owns and operates a Seattle-based butchery service called Butchery 101 that custom processes meat shares and teaches butchery classes. Services always feature well-raised animals from great farmers in the Pacific Northwest.

She joined The Works to teach Knife Skills 101, featuring skills and lessons gathered from Seattle Culinary Academy and seven years working in excellent Seattle restaurants like Matt’s in the Market, Spinasse and Volunteer Park Cafe.
